Route 5 Saturday Demo

The Butler Transit Authority (BTA) announced that it will begin a Route 5 Saturday trial beginning June 3rd. The trial will add four, Route 5 morning trips to Saturdays starting at 8:25am and ending at 12:13pm.
Currently Route 5 only operates Monday through Friday. For the 7-month test, BTA will be measuring if the additional runs accomplish 2 goals, increase ridership and alleviate the crowdedness on Saturday’s local Route 1.
The trial is set to run through December 30th at which time the success will be evaluated.
