Snow Storm Cancels Bus Service

UPDATE 1/26/26 - Due to snow accumulations, streets in town are too narrow for buses to navigate and make proper turns. Possible icing could hinder already difficult road conditions. BTA will not be able to operate on Tuesday, 1/27. Stay up to date here or on BTA's social media pages.
Due to the current snowfall amounts and the additional snow forecasted, the Butler Transit Authority will not operate on Monday, January 26th for everyone's safety. BTA terminal and offices will also be closed on 1/26/26. Please stay safe and keep warm.

Due to heavy snowfall and narrow street conditions, BTA will operate limited service on 1/28.
-- Local Butler service: Route 1 & Route 5 only
-- Commuter service to Pittsburgh: Commuter Route 2 & Commuter Route 3 only
Delays or additional changes may occur. Rider and operator safety is our top priority. Please check butlertransit.com for updates and allow extra travel time.
