Boyers Bus Service to End

The Butler Transit Authority (BTA) announced today that the commuter bus service from Butler to Boyers will be ending.

Ridership on the bus service has declined 30% over the last three quarters with the loss of 4,400 trips. With this decline of ridership BTA’s Board voted to discontinue service effective June 30, 2010. BTA can no longer justify the cost of running the service for the number of passengers riding.
