Our Fleet

The Butler Transit Authority owns and operates buses to meet all your transportation needs. All of our buses are handicap accessible and equipped with wheelchair lifts. We describe them below so you can be as proud of this asset to your community as we are.

Safety on "The Bus"

Public transportation on a bus is one of the safest modes of transportations available and "The Bus" makes sure it stays that way. Here's how:

• Our buses go through preventative maintenance to ensure they are in good running condition.
• Our buses are new and meet high safety standards.
• For your safety and security, the terminal has video surveillance.
• All buses are equipped with cell phones and two-way radios for communication between the terminal and the buses and also for emergency calls.
• All buses are equipped with video cameras for the safety of our passengers and drivers.
